Vehicle Administration Manager

About the Role
Danella Rental Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Vehicle Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations for our company vehicle fleet. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all vehicle documentation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in fleet administration, vehicle registration, compliance, transportation operations, or DMV/PennDOT processes
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle registration, titling, licensing, transfers, and renewals
- Maintain accurate fleet records, databases, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
- Coordinate directly with PennDOT, DMV offices, and regulatory agencies
- Track, review, and distribute toll violations and traffic notices
- Develop and improve fleet administrative procedures and internal controls
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with operations, drivers, and management teams
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- 2+ years of experience in fleet administration, transportation, or vehicle operations
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and compliance procedures
- Experience working with PennDOT or DMV systems
- Notary Public certification
- PennDOT Full Agent Card certification
- Experience managing large or multi-location fleets
- Knowledge of transportation safety regulations
